Taking to her Instagram handle, Shweta Tiwari gave a sneak peek at her fitness prep for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. The video was shared by her trainer who helped her, and she expressed her gratitude towards him. From running to weight training, the heavy workout that Shweta went through before KKK 11 is commendable. Her perseverance, hard work and never-give-up attitude are truly inspiring. In a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shweta Tiwari had revealed what motivated her for his massive physical transformation and how she finally achieved it. “After my second delivery, I had put on a lot of weight. I was 73 then and when I got Hum Tum and Them, they wanted me to lose weight as they needed me to fit in a particular size. So I started working hard to fit in that size,” she told us. Later due to shoulder pain, Shweta moved towards weight training. “That’s when I started liking it. I started feeling strong,” Shweta had revealed.
Meanwhile, Shweta Tiwari is currently in Cape Town, South Africa, with other contestants of KKK 11. The show is hosted by Rohit Shetty and might hit the Television screens in July this year.
