kareena kapoor, amitabh bachchan, randhir kapoor,

Amitabh Bachchan is an avid social media user and has managed to stay in touch with his fans through his blogs, posts, and more. The actor constantly shares interesting anecdotes from his personal and professional life in his blogs. It was recently when Amitabh Bachchan opened up about an incident related to Kareena Kapoor Khan. He recalled an incident from when he was shooting with Kareena’s father Randhir Kapoor. Amitabh Bachchan shared that Kareena Kapoor thought he was ‘evil’.

Big B shared an anecdote from the sets of his 1983 film Pukar. In his blog, the actor revealed that he was shooting an action sequence with his Pukar co-star Randhir Kapoor, where he was hitting him. Amitabh Bachchan revealed that Kareena had visited the sets on that particular day. He mentioned that Bebo was only three-years-old at that time. Sr Bachchan shared how Kareena ran towards him in between the shots when she saw Big B hitting her father. The Brahmastra actor shared how he made little Kareena understand that the stunt was for a scene in the film. He even mentioned washing Kareena’s feet.

In his blog, Amitabh Bachchan recalled the incident and wrote, “I was narrating to her (Kareena), one such moment when we were shooting for Pukar in Goa and how she looked with her cute summer hat with little pink flowers on them, and how troubled she had been when during an action sequence I was hitting her father. She, in her innocence, had run on to the set in the outdoors and clung to her father to protect him from this ‘evil’ man who was beating him up.

The Uunchai actor continued, “In tears and most worried, she was relentless and very disturbed. She soiled her pretty little feet in the sand and in order to settle her down I had asked for some water and washed her tiny feet clean, to make her realise that this act was not for real but an enactment.” He added, “I think after the feet washing, her opinion seemed to have changed about me. I wasn’t that ‘evil’ after all! She still remembers that moment.

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan and Randhir Kapoor starrer Pukar was released in 1983. It was directed by Ramesh Behl and even featured Zeenat Aman and Tina Munim.

On the work front, Big B has films Brahmastra, Uunchai, Goodbye and a few others in his kitty. He is even hosting the season 13 of the show Kaun Banega Crorepati.
