Supreme Court Rhea Chakraborty Sushant Singh death case

Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh has accused Rhea Chakraborty and others of abetment of suicide. KK Singh even filed an FIR in Patna against Rhea and her family members. Following which Rhea had filed a petition in Supreme Court seeking transfer of the Patna case to Mumbai police. The Apex Court heard Rhea’s plea today and it has now reserved its verdict until next hearing that will take place on Thursday (August 13).

As per a report in Times Now, the Supreme Court has now reserved its judgement on Rhea’s transfer plea until August 13. The apex court has asked all the concerned parties to submit brief written notes by Thursday. In Supreme Court today, lawyers of Rhea, Bihar and Maharashtra police presented their arguments related to Sushant’s death case.

During the hearing, Rhea stated that she was in love with Sushant but now she is being held guilty by media trial when the investigation is still going on. The actress lawyer even accused Sushant’s family of using their influential relatives to frame the actress. Whereas the Bihar government pointed out how the Mumbai police did not cooperate with them in their investigation.

While Mumbai government accused Bihar government of politicising the case in the wake of upcoming elections. After hearing all the sides, SC court has now sought a brief note from all the concerned parties and will probably announce its judgement on August 13. Also, Rhea has filed another affidavit in SC seeking an end of the ‘unfair media trial’ against her.
