Well, speaking of which, actor Arjun Kapoor who previously battled weight issues is certainly an inspiration as well and his latest video will motivate you right away. Well, just recently, on Saturday, the Bhoot Police actor took to his Instagram account and dropped a bootcamp video while giving us a peek into how his day looks like.
In the video, Arjun gives us glimpses of the meal he consumes throughout the day, also showing the number of calories of the food. It also shows us his way of burning the calories and his calories intake. The video starts off with Arjun showing his morning breakfast routine, followed by an intense workout. Then, he finishes off his lunch and attends his work meetings, followed by an evening snack, 2 hours of exercise, and a dinner that looks super healthy. The video not only tells you to sweat it out rigorously but also tells us how to eat healthy, ditching junk food.

Earlier, in an interview, Arjun spoke about his obesity. He said, “Not many know, but I have been battling obesity for the longest time. I was just not a fat kid, it was a health issue. It hasn’t been easy. My underlying health condition has always made it a struggle for me to constantly stay a certain size,” adding that he understands when certain audiences criticise his body type, because they expect actors to look a certain way, and aren’t familiar with his struggle.
