Deepika Padukone is making heads turn at the Cannes Film Festival and how! The stunning actress who is a member of the jury this time took to her Instagram Stories to share her new look from day one of the prestigious event. For her second look for the day, Deepika opted for a shimmery saree by her all-time favourite designer Sabyasachi.

The Gehraiyaan actress is looking magnificent in an all-sequined saree. She rounded off her look with statement earrings and wore a headpiece. Deepika lets her eyes do the talking in the second picture. The actress’ bold eye makeup grabs all the attention.

Sharing details on her outfit, her stylist Shaleena Nathani wrote, “Jury member Deepika Padukone makes her first red carpet appearance at the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival wearing an exquisite couture sari from Sabyasachi, inspired by the majestic Bengal Tiger. The stripes have been block printed and hand embroidered by the finest Indian craftspeople at the Sabyasachi atelier.

Earlier, Deepika dropped a bunch of photos of herself looking drop-dead gorgeous in a floral outfit. For her first look at Cannes, she wore a shirt with tropical prints, green pants and a printed scarf on her head and a neckpiece.

Before gracing the red carpet of the prestigious event, Deepika opened up about representing our country at Cannes 2022. She told Times of India, “After being an actor for 15 years, for your work to finally be recognised on a global platform such as this, and to be able to represent the country, obviously, there is a sense of gratitude and being extremely overwhelmed.
