Aryan Khan was released from Arthur Road Jail on bail recently. Even though the star kid has been released on bail, he is in the news due to the significant developments in the drugs seizure case. According to the latest report, a witness in the Aryan Khan case has revealed that an entire strategy was pre-planned on September 27. The witness mentioned that the strategy was to frame the star kid. Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) sleuths on October 3, a day after he was detained during an alleged rave bust on a cruise ship.
Speaking with ETimes, the witness, Vijay Pagare said, “I have reasons to believe that the raid was preplanned and Aryan Khan was framed in the drug case. The entire strategy was finalised on September 27, while the cruise ship was raided on October 2.”
Pagare further stated that the special SIT team has recorded his statement on November 3 and November 4, respectively. As per the report, the witness claimed that he was staying with Sunil Patil, a person who had said that he passed on information about the drugs on the cruise ship to the NCB.

For the unversed, Patil’s name surfaced after the statement made by Sam D’Souza. Sunil Patil’s name also cropped up in alleged extortion charges on Saturday. As per a report in India Today, Pagare said that he realised the raid on the cruise ship was pre-planned after he saw some news clips about the raid and visuals of Manish Bhanushali, BJP-affiliated witness, and KP Gosavi escorting the accused. He even claimed to have reached out to Advocate Satish Maneshinde in order to inform him about the same. However, Maneshinde didn’t listen, claimed Pagare.
Meanwhile, Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 and walked out on bail from judicial custody on October 30. The star kid made his first public appearance on Friday. He was spotted arriving at the NCB office in Mumbai to mark his attendance, as per bail conditions applied by the Bombay High Court.
