Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi’s new film titled ‘Cheat India’ has generated a lot of buzz ever since its trailer released. The film is about the corruption prevalent in the education system of this country. The social drama showcases Hashmi depicting the role of a shrewd scamster, who fraudulently gets students into management and engineering colleges.

The movie also has an interesting tagline – ‘Nakal Mein Hi Akal Hai’, which clearly points towards malpractices in the country’s financially lucrative education sector.

The actor has unveiled a new poster of the movie that will truly catch your eye. Emraan took to his Instagram handle and shared the new poster.

In the poster, we can see the actor holding a bundle of notes and half of the bundle is pulled back to reveal a college campus. The stack of notes, displayed in the poster, is that of Rs 1,000 which have been discontinued since demonetization.

The ‘Murder’ actor had recently shot for a promotional track ‘Daaru Wargi’ with singer Guru Randhawa. The teaser of the peppy dance number was unveiled by the makers today. The entire song will be released tomorrow.

Helmed by Soumik Sen, ‘Cheat India’ will mark the Bollywood debut of Shreya Dhanwanthary who stars opposite Emraan Hashmi in the film.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, Tanuj Garg and Atul Kasbekar’s Ellipsis Entertainment and Emraan Hashmi Films, ‘Cheat India’ is slated for a worldwide release on January 25, 2019. It will be clashing with Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Manikarnika’.
